Warren, Pennsylvania is a scenic small city of 10k people less than two hours south east of Erie, 3 hours north east of Pittsburgh, 3 hours east of Cleveland, Ohio and 2 hours south of Buffalo, New York.   It is a gem city in the Allegheny Mountains that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life in a big city and its regular routines - when you are here, you know you are ready and willing to let go and, most of all, breathe... .

Like the heart, Warren County pulsates through the veins of its mountains, the vast Kinzu Lake that spreads to the neighboring State of New York, the wildlife,  and the creeks of bass and trout that merge into the slow moving Allegheny River that goes all the way to Pittsburgh to finally become the Ohio River.  Many days of heavy rain in the spring make Warren County viable for golfing, fishing, boating, bicycling, camping, RV-ing, hiking, kayaking and canoeing.

Taking a bicycle ride around town is now made easier - thanks to our friends at Allegheny Cyclery that provides bike rental, sales and bike repair services.

Summer is a popular season for canoeing and kayaking here.  What better way to enjoy our mountains and river than renting a canoe for two or kayak from our friends at Allegheny Outfitters.  Better still, participate in their group trips if you are staying for a couple of days or longer.

Founded in 1795, Warren displays some of the most unique and historic Victorian homes of all sizes.  From  East Street to 2nd Avenue, some of these houses have been rehabilitated by their current owners while others are in their delicate process of getting a fresh look and a new life.

Family owned and chain restaurants are abundant.  Iced capps, bagels, donuts and panini bread sandwiches  at Tim Horton's on East Penn Avenue are to die for.  The fact that it is open 24 hours may keep your mind at rest should you crave for a hot capp or dessert in the middle of the night...like we often do.  Half an hour away from Warren sit the towns of Bemus Point and Lakewood in New York that serve both good food and natural beauty of Chautauqua Lake. Miller Hall Financial, the office of a friend of ours, Chris Anderson, is located in the City of Lucille Balle called Jamestown which is also in the vicinity.  Whatever it is that you are looking for in an adventure or vacation, what you will see is what you will remember and hopefully cherish for a very long time.
